One of our loan officers will start work on your referral immediately.  We have you down for a nice referral fee of 20% of our net loan fee if the deal should close.  We've used the term "net loan fee" here because if we place the loan with our private investors, occasionally we have to give them one or two of our points in order to convince them to buy the deal.  You'll make 20% of whatever net loan fee we earn.
