Below are some helpful tips: - **Pictures of Your Commercial Property Will Improve Your Chances *Immensely*.**  Our lenders pay *far* more attention to those C-Loans apps that contain at least one nice color photograph of the property.  If this is a construction loan request, a color rendering of the proposed project would be *immensely* helpful.  Would you therefore please email me at least one nice picture or architect's rendering of your property right away at [mcarlson@blackburne.com](mailto:mcarlson@blackburne.com)?  If I don't receive a picture or rendering from you right away, I'll go ahead and submit your application anyway.   ** ** - **You Can Make Changes to Your C-Loans Application.**  Simply go to [C-Loans.com](http://www.c-loans.com), log in using your email address, select your loan, and then edit the input page.  Be sure to save your changes. ** ** - **You Can Submit Your Loan to New Commercial Lenders - Six At a Time.**  That's the beauty of the C-Loans System.  You fill out one simple mini-app, and then you can use that same mini-app to approach twenty or thirty commercial lenders.  Therefore, if you receive a turndown email, be sure to come back to [C-Loans.com](http://www.c-loans.com) and resubmit your deal to six more lenders.   - **I May Have Some Questions For You.**  Therefore please be alert for any phone messages or emails from me.
