Tim Brannan - Loan Representative

Tim Brannan grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He moved to Sacramento to attend California State University Sacramento, where he graduated with a BS degree in Managerial Finance.

He has been with Blackburne & Sons for over 7 years.   He began as a financial analyst, then progressed to loan processor and loan representative.  He has brought in over $10 million of commercial loans to the company. 

Tim has also spent some time in property management, which gave him a better understanding and appreciation of what happens when a lender has to take back a property.

Tim is arguably the sharpest financial analyst in the firm.  Therefore, if you have a good deal that requires some sophistication to understand ("brainer deal"), such as selling us a discounted note or hypothecating a mortgage note, Tim is your man.  Of course, he can also handle "no-brainer deals."  Tim provides computer and technical support for the company, along with web site development and design.

Tim has his real estate license, a MLO Endorsement, and a Mortgage Loan Originator's license for the State of California.  He is also a California Notary Public.

He enjoys spending his free time with his family, watching professional hockey, analyzing stocks/companies, and fiddling with computers.
